• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.3 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service elves before ordering.

Once your package leaves our holiday headquarters, you become responsible for:

• C7 Bulbs & Cords (electrical components)
• Personalized Items including “Baby’s First Christmas” ornaments
• Opened Cards & Calendars
• Department 56 Collectibles removed from original packaging

5.3 Return Process

To return an eligible item:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Repackage item in original packaging with all materials
4. Include copy of order confirmation
5. Ship to our holiday headquarters address

5.4 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll email notification of refund approval
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Refunds applied to original payment method
• Credit card/PayPal processing may take 5-10 additional business days

• Department 56 and other licensed properties
