Our workshop elves work diligently to prepare your holiday treasures:

  • Processing Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best For: Faster delivery needs

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Requirement: Orders of $50 or more
  • Perfect For: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a little longer

Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate, collectible, or personalized nature of certain items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Lights (opened packages due to electrical safety concerns)
  • C7 Bulbs & Cords (electrical components for safety reasons)
  • Personalized Items including “Baby’s First Christmas” ornaments
  • Opened Cards & Calendars
  • Department 56 Collectibles removed from original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service elves at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our holiday headquarters:

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment through our secure payment partners (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Important Note: Depending on your credit card company or PayPal account, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement—typically 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

Exchange Requests

For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Please indicate in your email whether you would like to exchange for a different item or size (if available).

  • If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
